J Maskrey began her working relationship with Melissa in 2003;it was at time when they first launched the highly successful—Melissa Couture.

Now, 2007 J Maskrey is about to launch her second collection with Melissa, it is called The Night Sky Collection. Featured in this collection are 2 styles of shoe, one a flat and the other a high-heel.

The inspiration for this collection---was based on J’s travels and the beautiful night skies that surround us in every different part of the world. For the past two years, J has been busy expanding her collection of clothing and also she has been spending time travelling around the world with one of the biggest rock bands of the moment—U2, as their make up artist. It was during these journeys when she was looking out the windows of the aeroplanes, she saw the sparkling night sky.

J has been living in Paris since the beginning of 2007,spending time in the most romantic city in the world, gives her great inspiration to design a Melissa collection which is feminine, modern and beautifully made with crystals.

J launch’s a two new shoe designs with Melissa Couture in San Paulo, Brazil.

J and Melissa introduced the ‘Night Sky’ collection a flat shoe and a high heel with Swarovski crystals. The event took place at the Melissa Boutique in central San Paulo where J put on a fashion show that was hosted and organized by Vogue Brazil.
